Our practice is open:

• Monday – Thursday: 8.30am – 5.00pm

• Friday: 8.30am – 4.30pm

If your emergency occurs during these hours, please contact us straight away and we will do our best to see you the same day.

We provide emergency cover outside normal opening hours for our registered patients.

• There is a fee for the consultation and for opening the practice, if required.

• For Denplan patients who have opted into Dental Emergency and Dental Injury Cover, there is no charge for the call‑out or consultation.

• If treatment is needed, treatment fees may still apply, depending on your Denplan cover.

We believe in being transparent about costs so you know what to expect.

For Registered Patients

• Weekday emergencies during opening hours: Standard examination or urgent‑care fees apply.

• Weekends & bank holidays:

  • Call‑out fee

  • Additional fee if the practice must be opened

  • Treatment fees if any procedures are carried out

For Denplan Patients (with Emergency & Injury Cover)

• No charge for the call‑out or consultation.

• Treatment fees may apply depending on the nature of the treatment and your Denplan policy.
